Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa opens in Oakville

The opening of the Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in South East Oakville marks the third spa in the Greater Toronto Area and is part of a steady and strategic plan for the expansion of the Hand & Stone brand across Canada. “We are excited to see our expansion into the Oakville market”, said Gigi Harding, Hand & Stone Canada’s CEO.
The owner of the new franchise, Magdalena Gomez, is a long-time resident of Oakville, living here for 12 years and is now delighted to be part of the Oakville business community with the opening of the spa.
“I am thrilled to be joining the Hand & Stone team. This is a unique concept that fulfills a real need in the community,” says Magdalena. “In addition to those using massage for simple relaxation, Canadians are increasingly using massage therapy as part of their health care regiment to enhance well-being or to deal with a specific health problem. With our registered massage therapists and aestheticians we’ll be able to fulfill those needs with an unprecedented combination of affordability and convenience in a relaxing spa atmosphere. Also unique is the membership program, which allows members to utilize the services at any Hand & Stone franchise outlet.” She added.
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is built on a basic concept: affordably priced, open long hours including evenings and weekends, conveniently located, providing guests top quality services. Each location is open seven days per week operating from Monday through Friday, 9am – 10pm, Saturday, 8am – 6pm and Sunday, 10am to 6pm.
The new Oakville spa will provide great benefit to Oakville, not only in promoting health and wellness but also in creating up to 30 new jobs.

Editors’ Closet offers leading private online sales events
Editors’ Closet is the leading site in private online sales events.
Their private online sales are hot and save customers up to 80% of retail on fashion and designer brands.
How do they do it?
They have direct partnerships with designer brands and created online private sales events. The private sales model allows the featured products to continually change, to provide customers and affiliates with new and exciting offers every week.
Why private sales? Fashion and designer brands, and particularly high-end labels, are very cautious about where they move their clearance stock; primarily because over-exposure of their products at discounted prices can harm a brand’s integrity and exclusivity.
Joining their sales events is free, with no purchase necessary. New members must be referred.
Editors’ Closet has allowed Oakville Chit Chat readers to use the link below to visit the site.
