Sara Carlin Inquest Postponed
The inquest into the death of Sara Carlin has been postponed until June.

Originally scheduled to begin Nov. 2, it has been postponed at the request of her family.
The teen died on May 6, 2007. The inquest focus is on the role of selective antidepressants have in teenage suicides.
The inquest is expected to last about 4 weeks. It will now begin on Monday, June 7 at 9:30 a.m. at the Toronto Coroners Courts, 15 Grosvenor Street. [Read more...]
Oakville’s H1N1 Cases Rising
Oakville and Halton’s cases of H1N1 flu are rising.
Halton appears to be hit hard by this virus. Approximately 60% of schools in the region are reporting student absenteeism rates of 2% or higher due to flu symptoms. Daycare numbers are also rising with 4-5 centres reporting suspected H1N1 cases daily. [Read more...]
